Inner tubes are old hat in the cycling world: they've remained largely unchanged for decades. However, the fine folks at Tubolito have gone out of their way to update the most overlooked part of a bicycle. Made from a unique thermoplastic polyurethane, the Tubolito S-Tubo-Road are a featherweight inner tube built exclusively for disc brake use. Without having to worry about the effects of rim brake friction on the innertube, Tubolito was able to lighten them up even further, pushing the weight all the way down to a mere 23 grams per tube. The S-Tubo-Road tubes save over 70g of rolling weight per wheel, in a package that rolls up about 78% smaller, with the same puncture resistance as your standard butyl tube. Available in 3 valve lengths, with the 80mm version using a 40mm valve with 40mm removable extender.
